Hair fall?…. Use the right shampoo.

Shampoo is a necessity in every home, though people don’t generally give much thought as to what kind of ingredients are in it.

Shampoos made chemically will give you a feel of smoother hair and would be pleasant smelling too.. BUT what you don’t know is that they are taking away piles of your hair from you every day,

According to a famous natural health advocate, putting chemicals on your scalp will lead to premature greying, hair fall and balding.

When you put these chemicals (shampoos and hair colour) on your scalp, they are absorbed straight into your bloodstream without filtering of any kind, going directly to your delicate organs.

Most conventional shampoos contain all kinds of harmful chemicals, including carcinogens, pesticides, reproductive toxins, and hormone disruptors. toxic-skin-care

It strips your hair of sebum (the natural oily lubricant in your hair that protects against infection). Thus shampoo increases your scalp’s exposure to toxic chemicals.

I would rather recommend using Indian herbal shampoos and soaps from Khadi, Patanjali and Fabindia. They also come in lots of varieties like Neem, Shikakai, Reetha, Honey, etc.. And they are also available online.

Don’t spoil your hair.

So difficult to figure out what is less harmful these days. Your suggestion is good to stick to organic and herbal. Makes sense🤓
